Yes. The gamer must have a brick in P4 to move the previous of two last bricks through the 5th horizontal line. But on the photo this auxiliary brick is on B16. It is no way to move the last brick to E10 having the another brick on B16. So the position in the Finish photo is fake.
Actually, that is not impossible: 1. Get all blocks but the last in. The last can stay at P4 when pushing the second to last across row 5. 2. Get the last block to L12, same as the previous blocks 3. Shoot to disable the gun. 4. Shoot the last block one more space to the left. 5. Go to M5, and shoot down until the block is at K5. Then shoot 2 times to the left, moving the block to I5.
From this point, it should be obvious how to finish.
The last movement of this level is impossible.
